Frequently Asked Questions

Do you sell computers?

Yes. We sell refurbished business-class Lenovo desktops and laptops, along with new Lenovo devices, and offer free data transfer from your old machine to the new one as part of the purchase.

Do you work on Macs?

Yes. We don’t just fix Windows-based PCs, but also Apple Macs as well.

Do you fix laptop screens?

Yes. We have extensive knowledge in replacing most laptop screens, and in most cases we’re able to do it for less than the big box stores and in a fraction of the time.

How long will my repair take?

We strive to get most repairs done within 24 hours of drop-off. There are sometimes unforeseen circumstances (parts availability, etc.) that may cause your repair to take a bit longer, but we will not take 4-12 weeks like some box stores do. All repairs are done on-site.

Do you offer a loaner computer while mine is being repaired?

Yes — ask us about our loaner laptop and Chromebook program when you drop off your repair.

Do you offer on-site or remote support?

Yes, both. We can come to your home or office, or connect remotely for many software issues — whichever is more convenient for you.

Still have a question?

Do I need an appointment to drop off my computer?

Yes — the office is open by appointment only. Book online any time or call 603-924-7846 and we'll find a time that works.

How much does a repair cost?

Most in-store repairs are flat-rate, quoted up front before any work starts. No surprises on the invoice.

How long do repairs usually take?

Most repairs are completed same-day or next-day. If a part has to be ordered, we'll give you a realistic timeline when we quote the job.

Do you make house calls or come to businesses?

Yes — on-site service is available throughout the Monadnock region for both home users and small businesses. See the On-Site Repair page for details.

Can you help remotely?

Often, yes. Many software problems can be fixed over a secure remote session without you leaving the house. Call first and we'll tell you honestly whether remote support will work for your issue.

My computer has a virus — is my data safe?

Usually, yes, if you stop using the machine and bring it in promptly. We remove the infection, verify your files, and can set up backups so it never bites twice.
