Our loaner laptop and Chromebook program keeps you connected while we repair your device — with a simple, fair deposit system.
Loaner Laptop
- $250 deposit at pickup
- $200 refunded if returned within 7 business days in the same condition
- $50 fee covers reset & reimaging
- Replacement cost if not returned: $800
Loaner Chromebook
- $150 deposit at pickup
- $25 wipe fee
- Same return terms as the loaner laptop
- Replacement cost if not returned: $499
Program Terms
- Photos of the loaner device are taken at handoff and again at return, for both parties’ protection.
- Devices not returned by day 8, without a prior written extension agreed to in advance, are treated as stolen — there is no grace period.
- Any damage beyond normal wear is assessed and billed on a case-by-case basis.
